Our beef are born and raised on the ranch; many trace their genetics to the same herd that our family started in 1911. This is for 1/2 beef (approximately 200lbs of packaged and frozen protein) that has been grain finished (expect high choice to prime). We will notify you when the animal has been taken to the butcher. This half beef will keep a family of 4 fed for 8-12 months. This 1/2 beef requires 8 cubic feet of freezer space. Beef will ship between January-March, based on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • 15% steaks: NY Strips, Ribeyes, Filet Mignons, Top Sirloins
  • 55% ground beef: (80/20) in 1lb packages
  • 30% savory cuts: roasts, packages of stew meat (1lb each), Brisket*, Short Ribs, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip, and Flank Steak

*Brisket is included with the purchase of a whole or 1/2 only.
