Our cattle are born and raised on the same Oklahoma ranch our family has stewarded since 1886. This quarter cow (approximately 100lbs of packaged and frozen protein) features our signature grass-fed, grain-finished approach that creates the perfect balance of nutrition, flavor, and marbling. Our grain-finishing enhances tenderness and creates consistent, high-choice to prime quality that you can't find in purely grass-fed options. This 1/4 cow will keep a family of 4 fed for 4-6 months and requires 4 cubic feet of freezer space. Beef will ship based on a first-come, first-served basis.

• 15% steaks: NY Strips, Ribeyes, Filet Mignons, Top Sirloins

• 55% ground beef: (80/20) in 1lb packages

• 30% savory cuts: roasts, packages of stew meat (1lb each), Skirt Steak, Tri Tip, and Flank Steak
