Our beef are born and raised on the ranch; many trace their genetics to the same herd that our family started in 1911. This is a 10lbs box of Primal blend ground beef from our grass fed and finished herd. These animals are steroid and antibiotic free, and have spent their lives grazing the native grasslands of Osage County. This Primal blend is 20% heart and liver for added nutritional benefit. Each organ is meticulously screened before it is added to this grind. This blend of beef gives an added boost for the most delicious burgers, tacos, etc. Expect orders to ship at the end of each month.
