Our beef are born and raised on the ranch; many trace their genetics to the same herd that our family started in 1911.  This is a 10lbs box of ground beef from our grass fed and finished herd. These animals are steroid and antibiotic free, and have spent their lives grazing the native grasslands of Osage County. Try this beef for the most delicious burgers, tacos, etc. Expect orders to ship at the end of each month.
