The Butcher's Box

This is a nod to our favorite butcher who we trust with all of our animals. This is our personal favorite box as it includes a little bit of everything. 

• 2 Beef Roasts (3lb avg each)
• 2 (14-16oz) T-Bone Steaks
• 4 (10-12oz each) Rib-Eye Steaks
• 4 (10-12oz each) Top Sirloin Steaks
• 4 (10-12oz each) K.C. Strip Steaks
• 4 (8oz) Tenderized Round Steaks
• 4 Hamburger Patties (substitute additional 1 lb hamburger package based on supplies)
• 10 lbs of 80% Lean Hamburger in 1lb packages
